Why Caregivers' training?

WHY EARLY INTERVENTION?

Research has shown that substantial developmental gains in children with autism or developmental delays requires timely diagnosis and substantial hours of early intervention (15-25 hours a week).

WHY CAREGIVERS?

Caregivers can play a vital role to supplement early intervention at home. Research has shown that a child’s development is greatly influenced by the natural interactions between caregiver and child during daily routines. Children with autism or developmental delays have better outcomes when they receive early intervention both in school and at home.

WHY TRAINING?

Many caregivers struggle to cope with the challenges when their children present deficits in their developmental milestones. Parents or caregivers, whether working or staying home, can be trained to use evidence-based strategies in their daily routine to strengthen the outcomes of their children’s progress, decrease stress and creative positive impact in the homes.
